Treatment #2: Calming Therapy

A lot of people learn how to calm themselves down when they go into therapy. This can help you out considerably when you're going through an anxiety attack, which is why it's so important to learn. You will first learn how to stop and give yourself time to think. This will allow you to put your thoughts in order so that you are not just focusing on one thing that is making you feel anxious.
